I am your direct line to Zerlo – from the first idea to go-live. My goal: measurable value creation with clear scope, high quality, and speed.
I know both worlds: practice and IT. I am a federally certified process specialist, a Diploma in Corporate Processes HF, and work as a full-stack developer. Coming from production—with roles in after-sales quality management and in the head of the technical department—I understand the daily work just as well as the software side.
This combination enables me to sustainably automate and improve office and manufacturing processes — from sales through after-sales to quality management. As head of the Zerlo platform, I assume project management, consistently prioritize by business value, and keep all the threads together.
Internally I know exactly who brings which expertise, and for every situation assemble the right team. This results in solutions that are technically sound, scale technically, and prove themselves in daily use.
